It was a great experience from star t to finish. The costumer service was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable about the repair process. The work they did was great and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs.

The staff was so professional and courteous. They made the entire experience an absolute pleasure, which is amazing considering I certainly didn't want to have my car hit and need to be repaired. But the team made the whole experience so easy and effortless, I was happy I chose Pride to do the work. Well done!

The work that your repair shop has done is extremly satifying and Donald was extremly informative about the quality of replacement and repair that was done-However when the trunk was replaced there is a back-up that was damaged in the process of repair. I was informed by Donald that they had put the damaged camara in the glove compartment. I would like to have the camera replaced please! Thankyou Sincerly, Charlie R

Mike was amazing as always!! He was so reassuring & kept me informed every step of the way. The car was ready on the day & time that he had promised. The work on my car was done above all of my expectations as it usually is with all the other times I have come to Pride. I truly appreciate how clean my car was when it was returned to me as well. I will always use & recommend Pride!

My only issue with this experience was the lack of timely notification that my car would not be ready on the originally scheduled pick up date. The text message system was great, but I think they could have decided quicker that it was not going to be ready on time. Having said that, I have to commend all the staff I met and worked with. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you.
