There are no words to express my experience at PAB. Your business astablisment has no equals in the auto repair business. Mike, Danny and, I don't remember the ladies name, are so polite and their desire to please is second to none. Your infomitive emails takes all the guessing takes all the guessing out of when your car will be finished. If 10 was perfect PAB rating is 110. Barry R

Everything was great on the car. You all did an awesome job with my car. The only problem was the return date of the car had to be extend which left me car less for a few days and it would of been appreciated if I would have known ahead of time to actually have a back up car.

The vinyl lining on the door to protect on the side of my car wasn't replaced and now I'm forced to take care of it myself the following day but my insurance is paying for it. It took 3 weeks to fix the car due to a back ordered bumper.

One critique: let the customer know right away when they have an eta on completion. I wasn't notified until the day it was ready and could not pickup that day. Had to pay an extra day for rental car because i was not prepared. Other than that, service was great.

The main damage in back was done very well And I am very happy with that. There is a minor problem with front bumper that was to be repaired but it never got done.

Upon opening your door we noticed your clean & welcoming environment! Ms. ****, the receptionist wass friendly and efficient. Donald, the service advisor, was professional in his assessment and led us through the repair process. The progress reports via email were appreciated, too.
