Thank you for fixing my car and giving me updates via email throughout the process. Mike at the office at Center BMW was very through going over each thing that was either replaced or repaired on my car. I was treated like I was the only car you worked on and that level of customer service means a lot to me.

It seemed when I came to pick up my car that there were more chips of paint that were knocked off on my left front bumper than I remember seeing when I dropped the car off. There were obvious chips of paint that had been knocked off ... seemed like it was more than debris from the road would cause. Also, when I drove the car off the lot there was this loud sound coming from my engine, like a fan belt was loose. But after I drove ****/2 mile it stopped and it hasn't happened since. Maybe there was a plastic bag caught under the engine that was making this sound. If I ever have need to use your auto body shop again, I would probably think twice about it before I did so.
