Target completing date was missed causing me a great deal of problem. I receive an email telling me that my car will be ready for pick up on Friday. I made time in my busy schedule to return my rent a car and pick up my car. I called repeatedly to confirm this on the day of the pickup but could not get a straight answer from anyone. Finally at 4:30, after wasting my whole day, I received a call from Eli saying that the paint was not perfect and the car would not be ready until Monday. What a disappointment. On monday after returning my rental, I noticed that the bumper paint did nto match the car. The mangemnt has approved to pick up the car tomorrow morning, correct the paint and return it in the evening. Some how I do not trust this whole thing. We will see. So far I am not happy.

I brought 2 cars to Pride and spent over 7,000. The first car I dealt with Eli and Addie and that experience was fine. The second car I dealt with Greg and Jamie and that customer service was bad. The car was with Pride for three weeks and about a week and a half before the car was done, I was told I would get the car back at 4:00 on Friday, June 14th. I called immediately and said the only thing I need is that the car is done at 2:00 that day. Two hours is not a big request. My son was graduating and I had family in for the weekend and needed to get the car and race to graduation. On that Thursday I called and Jamie said it would not be done until 4:00. I was very unhappy and thought her attitude was not good, but told her I would race over at 4:00 and I would be in a major hurry. Jamie calls back later to tell me she wants to get the car done at 4:30. Now I'm really angry. After three weeks there is no excuse for this. I told her she had to do it at 4:00, she agreed and at 4:00 I went to get it and the car didn't show up until 4:30. Mike called her at 4:05 and she lied to him saying the car left their place a while ago and would be there any minute. Needless to say after this experience I would not take any of my cars back to Pride and will not be giving Pride a good review.

Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer. As such I expected exactly what I received - professional service, courtesy, and the highest quality work. My BMW only looked better when it came off the showroom floor. Thanks for not only what you did but more, how you did it.

Mike and his team at Pride Auto body were extremely helpful and courteous. The eventual price was within fifty dollars of his original estimate and Mike kept me informed as to the timetable on a daily basis. I would definitely use them again for any body work. Thanks, Alex T
