Horrible customer service, very slow to get any work done and do not communicate status to you as they say they will. Avoid this place if at all possible.

This is the worst body shop I ever worked with. It took more than 4 hours to get an estimate, where other body shop took 30 minutes to give me an estimate. When I dropped the car they told me it will take 5 day and I can pickup Saturday. They did not bother to call me that car is not ready. I found out car is not ready when I called Saturday to pickup the car and the service manager was not working. Following I repeatedly called them and no call back from them. Finally I was able to talk to him and he promised the car will be ready Friday. On Friday when I called to pickup the car he told me the car is not ready and I called the owner of the shop, he never called me back. Finally I got my car 17 days later. The service and customer service is terrible, even the receptionist is terrible, always will put you on hold or if you go personally will keep you waiting. I will never go there or will not recommend friends to go there. I am 100% unsatisfied with service.
