Above All Collision Center

I have brought numerous vehicles here and the staff is top notch. Especially their spicy and spunky office manager whom is so caring and compassionate going above and beyond. It's the little thing in companies that make them so great Even lending me a phone charger because my rental did not have a USB plug to charge my phone and even calling me a day after getting T-boned in my brand-new truck the day after to see how I was doing. You don't find this appreciation for customers in large dealerships. Nothing is better than family owned small business these days. Would not recommend anyone else over Above All Collision.

I was @ work when I left to go to lunch my car door would not shut. The lock mechanism was stuck on lock. I called my insurance company, they couldn't, I called the car dealer & got answering service, then I remembered **** of the girls used Above All Collision & was VERY happy with their service. I called them & Matt sent some one to check out the problem, he was there in minutes fixed my problem right away. I will not call anyone else again the reason they are called Above All is because they are. I have their phone # logged in my cell phone now. Thank you Above all you guys are the BEST. Maggie

Above All Collision repaired my car this fall after I was in a rear-ended in a collision. They did a fantastic job with the car and were nothing but professional all the way through. Matt, the owner, kept me informed as to the status of my car as it was repaired. The repair took longer than expected due parts not being available at the dealer, and after my rental car insurance ran out, Matt even arranged for me to get a rental car free of charge to me for the remainder of the repair. After my dealings with Above All Collision, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing bodywork done on their car.

Through an error of the Concord Police Department, my car was towed by this company. I also want to add that it was a Sunday, and there were multiple other towing services open on Sunday in Concord. One of the few not open was Above All, meaning I could not get my car until the next day. It does make me wonder why the PD would choose this company in particular. I believe the charge for a short tow and less than 24 hours storage was absurd compared to other companies. If they had been open, there likely would have only been an hour of "storage" (the time it would have taken me to walk there). If you have the choice, do not use this company. Extremely overpriced. I was also told I needed a slip from the PD. I had to make a special trip there to get it, and then they never even looked at it. Additionally, they never even checked my ID which is worrisome. I am working on getting reimbursed by the PD, as this was not due to any fault of my own. But we'll see how that goes.

Above All towed my car one night, sat in storage for ****.5 days so (2 days charge). went to pick up car, was charged for 3 days and all the prices went up when i told them i wasn't going to have any body work done by them. they refused to refund the money because AAA was going to cover it and i quote "why does it matter". strong arming people and unfriendly service. if you want to pay high prices for a minimal standard of work..call Above All Collision/Tow center they will rob you clean and hold your car against you.
