A repair item was overlooked which should have been taken care of and I need to spend more time dealing with that after my car was in your shop for 6 weeks. I also was dissatisfied with the length of time to repair and having to rent another car after my car was ready to pick up but was delayed due to paperwork. I am also still awaiting parts with no ETA.

No, at the start of the project the insurance company and Pride seemed to have very little real interest in serving the customer. Each pursued their own interests and serving the customer the customer did not seem relevant. Later in the project Valerie (and Randy) became involved and the entire tenor of the project changed. In the end the repair was well done and the conclusion was smooth.

The Pride staff were all very professional, courteous & efficient. T repairs were done in a very timely manner, It was helpful to b kept aware of t schedule, especially when completion was ahead of schedule. I wax extremely happy w alll aspects of t repair.

The car was supposed to be ready last Wednesday but was not. It appears that the outside contractors used for some aspects of the work did not do their jobs appropriately and/or in a timely fashion.

I received my repaired car in excellent and spotless condition. There was no evidence at all of the accident and the color was factory perfect. Without having asked, you went above and beyond and touched up a curb scrape on the front fender, soo appreciate that!
