The repair on my car was done as expected, however the time to get it done took much longer than originally estimated. Had to keep on calling several times a day to get a status, many times nobody answered at the shop.

I was completely satisfied with Pride Auto body. They were highly recommended to me and from my experience I will highly recommend them as well. They did a great job on repairing my vehicle and catering to my needs. I am thankful to have had such an awesome team of people to understand my feeling and dissipate any and all my nervous and frustrated feeling. Thank you Pride Suto body team.

I loved the communication Sergio gave to us. If he couldn't reach me he contacted my husband and followed up with a detailed message. Kristie e-mailed and both were knowledgeable about repairs which made me feel better. I definitely would recommend Pride Auto body. Sincerely Michelle and Rob Paramo
