I enjoyed the texts sent as the work was done. All employees were friendly and helpful. Mine was an insurance claim paid by the insurance company of the person who hit my car, but I was treated as though I was paying myself and given the same respect as if I was paying myself. When I picked it up, I was escorted outside and all the work was pointed out. My car was so clean inside and out that it looked brand new. Thank you so much for all your care and top notch work!!!

The customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers and make the experience as unstressful as possible. The quality of work was excellent as well. The car looks like it came off the sales floor.

Second time we have used Ramona Auto Body. And second time for excellent service and repair. Every time I called to inquire about my vehicle, I was treated very well and informed throughout my auto body repair job. Wish I could say that about the insurance company! Unfortunately CSE Insurance (my own!) has ZERO customer service skills. Thanks to Ramona for making my car look new again! Special thanks Greg and the whole "Team Ramona Crew"!
