Took my new vehicle (less than 7,000 miles) in to the body shop at opening time on Monday morning with the assurance that it would be ready for me long before the weekend. Today is Friday, and it is after 4:00 P. M. in the afternoon. My vehicle is still not ready. To begin with, the estimate they gave me that I submitted to my insurance company was incorrect, so now I am out more money. Second, they did not order the correct parts, so there was a delay when they received the incorrect parts. More parts had to be ordered, and now they are telling me these parts have not come it yet. I keep calling, and they keep delaying. I will not have my vehicle back to use for the weekend. I should have known better than to take my vehicle to Laurel Ford. I have never been impressed with their sales or their service; but having a new vehicle, I thought it would be best to take it to a dealership for repairs. I did not purchase my Ford vehicle from Laurel Ford, and after this situation, I will not ever take another one there for maintenance or repairs. I am very disappointed.
