AMAZING FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR ROSEANNA WAS AMAZING, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE KEPT ME INFORMED THE WHOLE WAY. MUCH SURPRISE MY CAR WAS EVEN VACCUM AND CLEAN WHEN I GOT IN IT. SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU

Amazing work detailing the car for pick up. The repairman was great, the detailing was an added bonus. Could still smell the paint ..I may be over sensitive due to asthma.

I thought the communications were poor. I never heard anything for over s week and then received a call that the car was ready. Repairs appears satisfactory and car was cleaned and prepped before I picked it up although they missed Macks and grease left on the steering wheel. No big deal.

The car looked awesome it looks better it looks better now than it was when we bought it we were also in and out on the paperwork very quickly if I ever need to come back and have repairs on my vehicle I'm coming back to gross and Sons you guys did an awesome job thank you
