The process was easy and painless. Everyone was very kind and helpful. However when I receive my vehicle back I can still see the slight impression of where it was dented and scraped. I guess I thought I would see absolutely no evidence of any damage.

I fully appreciated the rental car but after having my car for a month, I get it back and it's pulling to the left so now I have to take more time and take it back to the shop to try and get this resolved. I would expect after having the vehicle for a month that i wouldn't have any issues with the vehicle driving out of the parking lot.
