I want to thank Gross & Son for handling the repairs so well with my Jeep. I was treated with respect and consideration the whole time, all the staff was friendly. They explained step by step on the repairs and cost. They also arranged a pick up for me for my rental car and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. My vehicle was successfully repaired and looking good! I would recommend Gross & Son Paint & Body Shop to anyone!

Gross and Son finished the bodywork on my car more quickly than I expected and I got my car back looking like new on the outside and detailed on the inside. We hope to be accident-free in the future, but if we do need any repairs we will definitely use Gross and son.

Thanks so much for making a not so happy time in someone's life (car repairs) such a hassle free experience! Julie and Tommy are excellent at their jobs, as is the entire Gross and Son Body Shop! While we never want to find ourselves in a wreck , we are glad to have you to fix our vehicles!

The paint doesn't match, but Steve was very concerned about my satisfaction and right away spoke with the GEICO adjuster to seek authorization to blend the quarter panels with the new paint on the bumper and rear door. I'm still waiting to hear back about the approval...
