Certified Collision Center - Oakdale

Certified Collision Center is one of the very best and most honest body shops in Oakdale, CA. A few weeks ago, I took my Tahoe in for a comprehensive claim estimate with Natalie Ferro. It was around Thanksgiving time, so the Manager Brian Ferro and I agreed to wait and schedule an appointment for the repair work this past Monday. When I dropped my car off I was told it could possibly be three days in the repair shop. They had a courtesy van waiting to give me a ride home, which was very convenient. Within two days I received a call from Melissa, their front desk clerk who is very nice, saying my car was ready. They offered to send their courtesy van to pick me up, but I was already uptown with a friend, so I already had a ride. My car looks amazing? Although my repair work was on the door they, also, buffed out some scratched on the bumper. It's just beautiful and looks like a new car. I am absolutely impressed with their quality of work and service, and would recommend Certified Collision Center to any one who needs repair work. Thank you.
