Courteous and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, and convenient facility. On time. Rental car on site. Worked seamlessly with my Hartford. What's not to like? The only way to improve my experience was to forgive my deductible.

I had minor extra damage not included in the original estimate. I wish that someone had called me to let me know a fee for this work so it could be possible to repair this too while my vehicle was in the shop.

I just want to say thank you for the great communication while my car was in at Ozzie's! I felt that the whole process was very smooth and so far I am very pleased with the repair (I have only have my car back for a few hours now). Thank you again for all of your hard and dedicated work to my car!

Work done on my truck was vary good. Time frame given for repair work completion good have been better. I understand hidden things in repair work happen, this could have been better noted in repair time estimate that it would take longer for completion if problems should happen. Over all I'm satisfied with things. Bruce

Not very happy with some of the lies I was told from Ben. And all the push backs we got there were five times we were told when it would be done. The first was we would get it back on April tenth and here we are picking it up on the thirty of April and to top it off I have to bring it back because there is a a clip that got broke by your people and now I have to find time to bring it back to you when that part comes in. I was told you had 65 cars set to come in at the same time mine was coming in and that was one of the reasons for all the delay. My question is how is that my fault. With that being said I will never come back to ozzies again and I will tell all of my friends the bad and unprofessional way I was treated. Not to mention but I will also post on yelp the way I was treated.

Car returned to us with a flat tire, check engine light on. Shop and paint dust all over interior. Splotch of red paint on drivers side. Delivered well past original estimated time. Also not sure why your techs had to disconnect battery.
