I think they did a really nice job on the repair and they went over the top to keep me up to date on the status of the repair. The only problem I have is that before the accident my Jeep did not have a shimmy but after the accident there is a shimmy. They tried to fix that problem and did discuss that with me. The problem I have is that there is still a shimmy and now I don't know what to do about that.

First of all, your receptionist is a doll. She has an uncanny ability to diffuse problems and puts customers at ease. However, the rest of my experience was not so great. When I arrived early Monday morning to drop off my car, the rental reservation had not been secured even though I called several days prior to confirm it. Cleaning out my car in the dark to be there at 7am with an infant for nothing did not make me happy. I also had to cancel an appointment to pick up/drop off later in the day. It seems that there is no communication between Enterprise and Ozzies although you share an office. This makes Ozzies look bad. There is also a turse woman with an attitude (manly acting, short curly **** hair) who hears all & negates everything that the receptionist says. She has no customer service skills and should be kept far away from the front desk! My first encounter was when I came to pick up my car. I was handed a bill from this woman with an attitude even though a 3rd party insurance company said they sent a check shortly after estimate was quoted. My car was held hostage for 4 additional days. I even had a service appointment scheduled for Monday which I had to cancel. Finally I received a call from Enterprise that I needed to bring rental back & my car was ready. They were threatening to charge for another day & gave my husband attitude. When I arrived I was told that I still couldn't have my car because it wasn't paid for. At this point I was livid. The woman with a bad attitude finally looked through a stack of papers on 'the boss's desk' and found the 'missing' check from the insurance company.
I realize that mistakes happen but there is a general lack of communication & disorganization permeating this establishment. All of which I could overlook without the attitudes. Peoples' time is important. We take off work, wake up early, schedule appointments and family events to be there on time. When that is compromised, a little empathy goes a long way. I'm very disappointed in the service. But as far as I can tell, the work looks good.

I was a little disappointed that the original estimate was for three days but it took nine days, but the communication was good into what the issues were.
