I felt check out was very non-informative, although I understand work is guaranteed, I was never educated on what was actually done to my car. I thought the updates were great via text, however a personal checkout with someone who actually worked on my car would have been good. I came home with too many questions.

I would not go any where else I tell all my friends about ozzies . This is the 2 JD vehicle I had them fix . Have had a chance to really look at my baby ( truck ) but I trust them . They are the best In my books .

I went to pick up my vehicle at 5pm after receiving a call indicating it was ready. Upon arrival I was charged and asked to sign documents, but nobody showed me the car or offered to walk out with me to inspect the work. I immediately realized that my passenger door keyless entry button was not functioning. I went in and a gentleman who appeared to be in a leadership role indicated James was the tech and took my car to have it checked. He came back with my car and said he had fixed the issue. I inspected my car again and realized that the door would not lock at all. He then returned it to the back for James to check and fix again. My car was brought out front for a second time and I re-inspected my vehicle again with my fianc present and again the car would not lock and the actual button was stuck. The gentleman who appeared to be in leadership seemed very upset at the tech and said he would ask him to come up front to fix it there. Finally 50 minutes later my car was fixed and ready. My recommendation would be to have the car inspected post completing the work and prior to calling the customer. This wasted the customer and the employees time. I feel the body work looks well done, but to me the end result was sloppy and appeared rushed. I brought my car to Ozzies because I've had service there before and know others who have as well. However I would feel apprehensive about brining my car or my family's cars there in the future.

Supposed to change oil. Didnt. Left McDonald's coffee cup in vehicle. Paid 10 to check over vehicle. Told us there were light bulbs burnt but didn't bother to ask if wanted fixed. Very disappointed and will not come back.

End date was 4 days past the estimated completion date. Also, Info was not passed along to complete front end repair at the same time as the back of the car and now will have to bring back again. However i understand things happen. Am not upset about it. Everyone was very friendly. But just an fyi. Thank you.
