Estimate was way too short.5 days estimated.went into 9.would have rather estimated long and told it was done early rather than waiting every day to see if done.hard when you are working.juggling cars/rental car etc.otherwise staff very nice.

There is a black scribble mark on my windshield that I cannot remove with any household cleaner that wasn't there before. In addition, the hose for the front windshield wiper fluid was left completely detached. The clock was even pushed in, which was fixed at the shop yesterday, but still, this is something that should have been caught in the quality review. I'm very disappointed that these things were not caught in the quality checks before calling me. This does not seem like a professional business at all.

I have heard great things about ozzie's. That is why I brought my car in to have some pretty extensive hail damage repaired. Everything started great. I got a quote, ozzie's handled everything with insurance, and kept me up to date via text messages. However.....it took one month to get my car into the shop after the quote was given. That's fine i understand that. Your busy and I don't expect to move to the front if the line. After my car was finally in the shop they told me it was going to be another 30 days for the repair process. On day 29 I received a text saying the repairs required another week. I was disappointed, but it was not a huge deal. Three hours after I received the updated status I got another message. This one said my car wouldn't be done for another 2 weeks. I am very frustrated at this point. I called to see what the delay was and I was told "a **** called in sick". I don't see how one **** being absent for one day adds two weeks to my cars completion. It tells me YOUR OVER BOOKED! I did not have a rental for this 45 day period. Frankie told me she could help with a rental. She could offer me one for 100 dollars a day. I am not sure who can but I could not afford a rental for a mere 1500 dollars. Thanks for the "help". After my car was completed, ozzie's (frankie) asked how I felt with my service. I expressed my disappointment. She said she tried to resolve by offering me a rental for free. Very un-true. If I could have had a free rental for 15 days I would have taken it! You asked what I thought, and I answered. To make a long story short. Your craftsmanship is great. The car looks great. I am happy with the end result. However getting to the end was a painful battle. I think you over book yourself. You take on more than you can handle. I know the word of mouth means everything in a business like yours (or I wouldn't be filling out this feedback form), but I am hesitant to refer anyone back to you. It's not all negative, but you didn't hit the **** out of the park!

This is our second excellent experience with Ozzie's. Mechanic and tow truck driver were great. Frankie and all staff we dealt with were outstanding. Wonderf communication to us throughout the entire repair process. We have told many people in**** about Ozzie's.

Y'all did a great job fixing the hail damage on my truck, but whoever vacuumed and waxed it lost some of my licence plate bolt covers(I removed prior to fix and left on center console-they were vacuumed up/removed) and left white wax residue on my plastic bed liner. There was also partial removal of my locking differential info sticker due to "armor alling" of the interior, and a stain on my driver's seat.

Frankie Moses did an outstanding job of doing our estimate and then scheduling us for an appointment. (We are visiting from FL and needed our car back ASAP to get back home.) Lindy is an excellent front-desk person. Whenever we called she answered the phone on the first ring. Dennis did an excellent job yesterday (7/16/14) walking us through the repair. The painted areas were an incredibly good match with the original finish, and the blending was absolutely perfect. If I hadn't seen the original damage I would have thought I was looking at a new car. And of course it wouldn't have been possible except the scratch and dent removal underneath was absolutely perfect!
