Dennis agreed to slap a junkyard door on an old Civic of mine a few years ago. Had that experience not been so good, I would have just kept the insurance money and the dent in the bumper of my newer car. This time was as good an experience as last. And Lindy is still the absolute best!

Unsatisfied with the delay in getting my car back. Originally I thought it would be on a Friday morning, then it was Friday at 5, then Monday at 5, then Tuesday at 5. I live over an hour away so arranging pick up was difficult.

I got a call while I was on the way to the shop that my car wasn't ready - 4 pick up 350 call. Although I picked it up, one part was still missing. The excuse I got was that it would only take 10 minutes to fix when the part did come in . Ten minutes for them buys more like an hour and a half for me when figure travel. That doesn't include travel time and fuel for me. I am not excited about the paint job. I touched the top of the door and it was an obvious seam in the paint job. The running board was not replaced but it was part of the estimate. My things were thrown around the can and not put back where they were. No one walked me through the repairs. The car was dirty. Kinda not a good practice in auto body. One of the door guards that you actually did replace has a bow in it. Radio station was changed. Did you drive it far enough to do that? Seat was moved. Did you drive it far enough to move it? I would NEVER recommend your company. The front end folks were nice. The gentleman who helped me to the car was nice. I had to park in the east 40. Ya, no more Ozzies for me.

I was very impressed with how the whole shop works together to make the rental car, repairs and experience with insurance companies and the process all sync together so well. I don't think I would want to use anyone else in the future except Ozzie's. My car looks great, and they warranty their work.
