I brought my car in to get the frame straightened out because i was hit in the rear axle and tipped over. I replaced the rear axle before bringing in the car. I was quoted and charged under my budget which is good. However the work did not fix the major issue; which was the rear axle being out of alignment by being knocked to one side. It is very obvious to the naked eye and why i brought in the car to get fixed. Where the rear shackles attatch to the frame is twisted on both sides. The shackels are made of stronger steel than the frame is, so i doubt they are the issue. I asked the worker who walked up to talk to me about the car what was the deal. He replied to just loosen the u-bolts on the axle and it should work it's self out. I did so when i got home and it worked. The problem is the springs are still tweaked where they attach to the rear of the frame. Which is what i wanted fixed in the first place. So now it won't bolt back up. I should have just waited over the weekend and brought it back, but i absolutley had to have it the next monday. So i am definately unsatisfied. Chris C

I was completely satisfied with the work done. I wasn't happy with the insurance company time frame to come out and confirm the estimate of additional work and had to wait another week for delivery of my vehicle. I aso noticed a new dent on my passenger side vehicle door that I believe wasn't there before I brought it but I didn't note it before handing it over so I don't know if it happened when parked for pickup ozzies or at my office just prior to delivery. Other than that the staff was very friendly and professional and the work was very well done. I would send business there and come there myself again.

I brought my car in back in Nov. and the earliest they could get me in was Dec. 9th. I decided that I'd wait, even though that's a pretty ridiculous length of time because I was told when I got my estimate from Ozzie's, that they were completely confident the repairs wouldn't take any longer than 5 days and I'd have my car back way before the holidays. So I decided not to get a spare vehicle to use since it was only a week. The evening before my scheduled pickup date, I got an email saying my car now would need an entire extra week to get done! I was understanding but still very frustrated as I now had to find rides to/from work, etc. for double the time I was originally told it would take. And again, without even a call, my pickup date was changed the evening before I was to pick up my car that following week! Now it's the holidays, and all of my travel plans have to be completely rearranged for Ozzie's mistakes, but of course, instead of taking responsibility when I call to find out what's going on, they blame my insurance estimator (even though they had another person estimate my repairs themselves). Then the day I'm scheduled (for the third time) to pick up my car, oops! they need more time... So my pickup date is rescheduled AGAIN. Fast forward to that day, and I wait and wait for a call or update, and nothing. So I call them at 3:30pm (****.5hrs before I'm "supposed" to be able to pickup my car). I'm told that they're not sure if I will be able to get my car before they close that day (a Friday) and may have to wait until Monday morning because they need to detail it and double check everything is looking good and ready to go. I come in mere minutes before they close and get my car FINALLY. I drive it home, with a gross smell in the car and see that not only did their idea of "detailing" mean wipe off the dash and call it good, but they left tape all over my window from the repair - so their "double check" was clearly bull crap. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I will not be coming back to Ozzie's EVER. I spent the past month complaining about them to friends and family about my situation with them, so now those people will be steering clear as well. I'd never recommend them to anyone. The expectations were not set correctly, there was cruddy communication and lack of knowledge from the receptionist, their service was below sub-par, and they leave the final details to go right into the trash.
