Thank you for taking care of the repair of my vehicle. A great job as always. One thing I would like to note is that I was notified my vehicle would be ready for pickup Tuesday pm. I made arrangements for pick up at 5:30 p.m. as I live in Loveland but work in Fort Collins. Due to the heavy traffic at the time, I arrived at 5:35 and the shop was closed! Given that I made arrangements beforehand, I was expecting someone to stay at least an extra five minutes! I was able to flag an employee down who was on her way out and she agreed to open up the shop and give me my car key and copy of the work completed. My business places a high value on customer service and I was expecting the same from Ozzie's but that was not the case this time. I am disappointed.

A scratch on the bumper that was part of the original problem wasn't done. If someone asks, and I'm sure our friends, associates and local family will, we'll tell them where to get a 99% job done. Even though they might expect 100% job. Three weeks, about 4300 cost to the insurance company and we get a car back with a scratch on the bumper and one that still highly smells of the paint. Had water bubbles under clear bra which was concerning to me as I did not know what it was. Should make sure that these things are taken care of prior to my picking up vehicle to alleviate concerns. Dennis was very professional in explaining the issue, but would have preferred not to have the issue. Not a big deal; will use Ozzie's again if needed.

Our only problem (small) was the car was initially promised on Friday and we got it the following Monday......The front end now looks new and not like a 12 year old. I would recommend you to anyone. Thanks, RLB

My windshield had a two foot long crack in it that didn't exist when I dropped the car off. It will cost me approximately 250 to replace it with an OEM windshield. Instead of offering to replace it for free since it was caused by some process at Ozzie's, Ozzie's quoted a price of 380.
