Radio Antenna seems to not be connected. No radio stations are coming in. Was working fine prior to repairs. Also, Hula Doll was knocked of the dash and placed back to act as if it was not touched.

I picked up my truck and there was some sticky gunk on my windshield I had to scrape off wgen I got home. Then I noticed my new rear bumper had some kind of black overspray on the passenger corner. I had to buff that off...I used to own a detailing business so I was able to do that. I then noticed some paint scuffs to the left rear quarter-not 100% sure they occured at Ozzies...but they werent there when I washed my truck a few days ago and I had driven very little since I washed it.

The person receiving a rental, me in this case, should NOT have to put gas in the vehicle in order to get home. I received the vehicle with about an eighth of a tank. (The man said they took away the gas cards) On my way to Sam's, the warning light came on. I put in gas, but should have received the vehicle with a full tank. I realize this is not an Ozzie's problem, per se, but perhaps you could pass this on to the rental company. Otherwise, I was more than happy with your services. I didn't think I would have my vehicle back until Friday. That's why we come to you, and no one else.

I will be calling tomomorrow morning!!!! When I dropped my car off the recorded odometer reading was 139,186 and now it is about about 139,770?? WHY?? My trip B odemeter was around 3000 and now it reads 221? Really?? I am not happy with this. When I went to pick it up no one walked around it with me or said anything. We need to look at the pre repair pics to as I think there are some new scratches?
