Everyone I've ever spoken to at the shop is very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting the job done right the first time. Matthew, the owner, is very caring and exceeded my every expectation of customer service. He not only went out of the way to deal with the insurance company on my behalf, but he was also very accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. I never knew what went behind closed doors, but Matthew and Preston not only educated me but also kept me informed every step of the way.
