An alignment was done on my 2002 Concorde. I don't know if my car was test driven after but something does not feel right. I thought it would just need a little time and would loosen up but it seems entirely too hard to turn the wheels left. Spinning the wheel right seems fine but left turns feel almost as if there is no power steering. All of the customer service was great I am just concerned about this.

I don't think I could have wished for better service. I was in a time crunch, and they delivered beyond what I could have imagined. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and was told it would be done by Friday afternoon. On Thursday evening, I got a call that it was all done! Rachel and her team could not have been nicer.

The car was done early and looks beautiful. The automatic unlocking of the doors doesn't work but the key fob does work. The dash board light was on for this and they missed it and went I went back the technician couldn't figure it out. This will now necessitate a trip to Honda.
