My car still smells like deer carcass. I called Rachel and left a message that I would give it a few days to see if it settles down but it has not. In addition, I have not heard back from Rachel to see if the undercarriage of the car was power washed to alleviate this problem.

The car looks great! The experience I had with the service and specifically Rachel was excellent. There was one small item and the reason I selected No as being completely satisfied was that they forgot to reconnect the rear window defroster wires, which was noticed right away on the way home since it was snowing. I did reconnect the wires myself. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever, and will definitely return for future service, and will recommend True Collision to friends and family. Thank you again!
