The work was very expertly done. It took longer than I expected, but I preferred that to getting it done more quickly but not as well. The car was so clean inside and out when I got it back that I couldn't believe it. Thanks for the good service.

Lower bumper has marks from crash, lower not evenly lined with upper bumper. Also driver door, makes a slight clicking sound upon opening. GEICO rep said to bring it back in for repair

Feel like the car is not complete. Missing 3M trim on driver side passenger door. Also the fog light cover on the front right side fog light lamp cover is matte black not like the original on the driver side.

Your automated texts regarding estimated completion time are wrong and misleading. On the 20th I received a text telling me my van would be completed on the 27th. Then I got a phone call on the 21st saying it would be completed on the 22nd. On the 22nd I got another text telling me it would be completed on the 27th. I almost rented a car for the Thanksgiving holiday thinking that this text was accurate. Luckily your service man called me and assured me it would be ready on the 22nd. Even still I got another text on the 22nd telling me it would be ready on the 27th. It would be nice if you could fix those automated texts to reflect the reality.

Great service. Completed on time, but would be nice to have a set time that the mechanic would call to let us know how long repairs will take. I was told I just had to wait to be contacted and wasn't told how long.

Fast! Convenience of the location. Excellent work my car looks brand new. I also like the constant updates on the progression of repairs both text and phone calls. Absolutely no stress at all. Great welcoming staff. I never felt uncomfortable. Thank you for the completely no stress service and the excellent repairs to my car.
