Overall at the end the body work is good. It took a lot longer to complete than anticipated which lead me to pay more on my car rental insurance which I wasn’t happy about. When I was told it was done the first time I arrived to find out it was completely stractched with new scratches that weren’t there when I brought it in. My mirror wasn’t fixed and door was saggy. I left it to get fixed again and when I arrive to pick it up I noticed the mirror was changed but not with the same turn signal with in the mirror as my truck domes with. (I was told to bring it back to get it exchanged) my truck steering wheel is filled with white paint.. jimmy was a straight up guy but gave me the feeling that I wasn’t honest with him or just a attitude of here you go bye as if he was doing me a favor. Overall not a great experience...

Our car was a complicated job because it involved repairs of two separate collisions with two different insurance companies since they were both no fault on our part. SK handled it well especially that repair involving GEICO.The car looks great again and all service reps were terrific.I would definitely recommend Service King in Burien, Washington.Thank you for being professional, efficient and friendly.

I was told by the secretary as I picked up car that some would go over the repair. She kept paging people. Someone who ultimately went over the car was wandering around helping others. I did not know that this was the person etc. anyway it was just stupid. I sat around for ten minutes or more to have a 40 second conversation.

The truck is fixed well, thank you. But when we had asked for the quote and pictures to be sent to the insurance company so we could get the vehicle fixed, the insurance company did not receive them for days - apparently due to an email issue on the Service King side. We spent hours trying to coordinate between the 3 companies.

As I told Brandon, I would remove the 2016 Chevy Cruz from your rental list especially for MVA people. The car is horrible. Brakes locked up causing anxiety for thinking every time it happened that I got hit again, dash lights just go off, to low to the grounf, hard to get in/out of when your low back hurts. And it's a Chevy all the controls are backwards.With being said though, customer service was really good. Thanks for making my car shine bright and pretty again.
