Customer Service and return of car were great. The bumper still has a small dent on top and there are some minor imperfections in the paint on the driver door. I'm just going to live with it because I don't want to give up my car and also have to pay for another rental.

Everyone was super friendly and professional, the office is clean and coffee and drinks were available while you wait. I also was given a ride to work as l dropped my car off. I'm happy to say they communicate to let you know what going on. The work is exceptional, you can't even tell my car was in an accident. The paint was color matched and blended beautiful. The whole process was super easy and smooth. I had a great experience here at kniesels and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kniesels really cares about their customers. Awesome job guys!!!

There is a problem with the fit on the left rear door causing the edge of the door to protrude when the door is closed. Also the door latch does seems fit the same. I will bring the car back in for a appointment next Monday or Tuesday.

The customer service that I received was above and beyond what's expected. I didn't wind up getting my car fixed but it was in better shape when I picked it up then when I dropped it off and I think someone clean my headlights because they were cleaner when I pick the car up. If I'm ever in need of a collision center I will only use Kniesels and I will definitely recommend you guys and spread the word.

Outstanding professionalism and concern for my needs.
Due to unexpected additional work and delivery of wrong or substandard replacement parts my delivery date changed from a 6 day job to a 12 day job thru no fault of the crew. I thought vulgar and rude thoughts of them in that time, but was extremely pleased when I picked up my car.
