The BEST experience all around. From estimate to driving off with my pristinely, perfectly repaired vehicle, Kniesel's (especially Carlos) nailed it! I was kept updated as to inspection, progress, estimated completion time, everything...the whole time via text and phone calls. They accidentally scratched the paint when reassembling and called to notify me they'd need to keep my vehicle longer. They are definitely perfectionists in ALL they do!! I picked up my vehicle. "Pearl" was clean and looked like she'd just "stepped out of a salon". They even put air in my tire and just went ABOVE AND BEYOND to insure a happy, satisfied customer! I'm VERY HAPPY and HIGHLY SATUSFIED with Kniesel's and recommend them to anyone needing to have auto body work done! Awesome experience! Way to go, Kniesel's! Thank you so VERY, VERY much!

I was very pleased with the end result of the work done on my car. Two small issues were it took too long to complete the job and after I had picked up my car I had to return because the check engine light was still on after all the work was completed.
