My car was not complete after you the shop had it more than 30 days. I also took my car home unfinished due to some oversight and have to bring it back for them to put on a $30 part. This process has been very frustrating and a complete disaster. I would not recommend your company to any of my clients or friends.

Solid work on my car! Guys/girls were very nice. Only issues I had was the automated system quoted me 4 days earlier than my actual pickup date, and they forgot to place my subwoofer back in my trunk :( I'll have to adjust my trip tomorrow in order to pick it up.

I had been given an estimate of two weeks when I took in the car. Instead, the job took 45 days. At no point were my expectations properly managed. Every week I was told that the car would be ready the following week, and every week, I would be disappointed to learn there was another delay. You did a good job on the repairs, but the lack of transparency was frustrating.

I love you guys! This is my second time at this location and I appreciate everything you guys have done!!! Customer service is always excellent!!!!!

Here is my yelp review... Kniesel’s Collision Center-Shingle Springs Body Shops 6 hours ago It's traumatizing to get in a car accident. Then stressful to figure out who to take it to. I first called an auto repair shop in El Dorado Hills on a Monday morning who told me they couldn't even see be for a quote until the next day in the late afternoon. Then when I arrived, they told me that the repair was going to take at least two weeks and that they couldn't even get me in for the repair for two weeks. It was only a bumper repair. I got back on the phone with my insurance company who referred me to Kniesels. That was 4pm on a Tuesday. I called them from the parking lot of the first repair place. They said, I could come right over and they would quote me. I was told my repair would take about a week and they could get me in for the repair the following Monday. Bob was super friendly and put me at ease. While they had my car I received email updates telling me at what percentage of completion they were at and when my car was expected to be done. Well it ended up being a day earlier then they expected. BEST auto repair experience I've ever had!! Thank you!

I appreciated the effort the team putforth to get the repair done in a timely manor. There were some imperfections around the wheel well from the factory, and the experts smoothed everything out in addition to fixing th dent on the same fender. I am very happy with how everything looks. Thanks!
