I was rear ended at a stop sign - in contacting insurance - I was asked if I preferred anyone in the area - otherwise they would offer top 3 companies that come up near my zip code.
I requested Kniesels. The moment I hung up, my cell rang - it was a Kneiesls representative immediately following up and offering a mobile technician to come to me to look at damage ..
I was shocked at the customer service and how kind the person was calling who did not know me. I needed to follow up with my insurance as / there was an issue with driver that struck my car ..
A technician arrived per discussion / arrangements were made and rental car as - enterprise part of the Kniesels in site.
I then received s call : days prior to / making sure I could drop my car and the rental car was handled - I did not have to do anything ...
Unfortunately I. Had more issues with my insurance due to no issuance on the side of the person that was at fault. But- the fact that Kniesels took care of me - and quick let snd understood my issue and even though they could not do anything - they listened - and sometimes that's all we need -
I was treated respectfully, and I felt like my file was known by all - as did others coming and going as this is a very busy company -
I have always heard nothing but "!the best" regarding if Kneiesls and I have been there in past .. It's so nice to know that there are companies tgat still treat the customer as number #**** and we're all helpful with a great attitude .
This allows me to believe the leadership stems from top management and the top - treat the employees well, as it's absolutely apparent !!!
I told my insurance company - in giving out phone numbers to people - they should consider putting Kniesels at the top of their list -
Wonderful service and I felt like I was treated extra special - but, NO - I believe that is truly how each person is treated and I believe the staff, office assistants , technicians, mechanics, etc.. are all treated as I was .!!

Car was supposed to be done on 6/9/16 wasn't done until 6/12. Was told the car would be detailed. Explained to that a detail really only is a basic wash. Quite of few water spots left from when car was washed. Tire that got replaced was aired up to 42 psi, way over the 30 psi recommended by manufacturer.

I was happy with the finished repairs, the car looked great. My only issue was I was told 3-4 days when I dropped it off on June 2-16 and " after market parts" were ordered and didn't fit. I'm thankful they didn't try to make them fit...but I had rental car for 11days.. I guess I bring this up because I wasn't mine. I had it during a home move/sale and didn't feel comfortable putting things into a rental. I wasn't told of delay untill I inquired on Friday afternoon.
So I guess I'm trying to say more communication would be nice. My first text didn't show up untill Friday after 6pm & my phone call that morning.

This was a letter I have to Jeff Kerns regarding our service. I saw him the following Monday and was well taken care of after finding another problem with my tire. I am pleased with the final outcome, however was not happy with the service and product prior to his involvement.
Dear Mr. Kerns,
Although Doug Harris was very apologetic and willing to get me in this coming Monday, since it is now 6 p.m. on Friday evening and I just got home with my car, I still felt the need to inform you of my disappointing experience so far with Kniesel's in Rocklin. To begin my experience, my husband dropped my car off at Kniesel's on Tuesday, May 17th. The damages were estimated to be $2300. This seemed accurate since the damage was not extreme, but covered 3 panels of the car and the rim. (photo #****) It was estimated that the car would take a week or a little longer. This also seemed like a reasonable amount of time considering the damage. My husband and I waited until Thursday, May 26th and began to check in on the car. This was over a week after he had dropped the car off. We were told it would be the following week. Then the following week, it was "in paint" and then by the end of the week, we were told there was more damage to the vehicle than previously thought and so it was now "going to paint". I am uncertain if this was for the first or second time. Finally, at the beginning of this week, we were told it would be done later this week. My husband received a call on Thursday that Doug was not happy with something on the bumper and therefore it would be done Friday so it could be buffed or fixed properly. We would be notified when it would be ready. When I hadn't heard anything today, June 3rd at 2:00 p.m., I called my husband to see if he had heard anything. He had not. I called and left Doug a message since he was not available at the time for him to call me since my husband was out of town for the day. He called my husband and not me to tell him the car would be done at 4:45. My husband relayed the information to me and I arrived about 5:00 to pick up the car. Doug came out with me to the car and told me about the bumper not being "right" and apologized for the dlay to get it done correctly. I thanked him. When I went out to look the car over it was parked very close to the vehicle beside it, so I did my best to look it over. Due to the proximity and the way the wheel was turned, I was unable to see that it was not quite Kniesel's quality I had expected. When I went to get into the car, there was a paint smudge on the driver's seat. I went into the building and the ladies at the front were quick to help and call Doug. He came out, apologized and took my car back to have the paint cleaned off. When he returned, he again apologized and I was on my way. I drove about half way home and stopped at a store on Douglas and thought I would take a closer look at the car since I had more room. I not only noticed several bubbles in the paint, but also that the rim had not been buffed/polished as it was obviously supposed to be. Not only was the word "polish" still written on the rim, but the scuff marks and some paint or other substance was drizzled on it. In frustration, I called your establishment and again, the girls in front were quick to help and transferred me to Doug. He apologized for what was probably the third time today and said that he would take the car on Monday, put me into a car and make it right. I look forward to this happening! I am extremely unhappy with the amount of time that this process has taken and I am not even done. Two and a half weeks for unsatisfactory service is unacceptable. You are an Acura certified repair shop and should return a quality product every time. I have sent a copy of this letter to my insurance company to let them know the length of time this process has taken and the quality of the repairs as well. I am truly hoping that this process will be completed quickly and with great care as to get my car in the shape not only I expect, but you expect and your customers deserve.
