Unfortunately, the estimated damage to my Jeep was beyond the repair threshold and my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Although the outcome wasn't positive, my experience with Kniesel's definitely was. Desiree was very helpful in the estimate process and went above and beyond to provide information as soon as it was received to both myself and the insurance company. Exactly who I would hope to work in any customer service situation. Thank you for taking the sting out of the insurance claim process.

Vehicle appointment for the 22nd of March. Delivered vehicle. Checked back on 28 on status. Repair on vehicle had not been started. Did not receive back until April 1st. Plans had to be changed to accommodate Kenisels. Totally unacceptable. Repairs were done but customer service was unsatisfactory

Very proffessional, done ahead of schedule, beautiful work, courteous & polite staff. Initial contact could be a little quicker, took min of 30 minutes waiting for estimator each time. I would definitely recommend or come back again in future!

This trip was awesome. However this is the third trip for this repair. First was my fault I ran my fifth wheel into it. Second the window leaked and everything in the back was moldy. Yes you fixed it no questions asked. You know the third.
