The work done to my vehicle is very appealing. I was preparing my vehicle to go on vacation before the incident happened. The vehicle detail went better than imaginable. You folks finished areas that I hadn't time to get too. When I raised the hood I was just smiled. No overspray for me to clean up. For some reason though the new decal that shows the appropriate position of the serpintine belt is smeared. The paint on the roof. What can I say, WOW! So much better than the original paint when I bought the truck with 28k miles.

Thank you for everything. My car looks brand new and everything was taken care of. There was a mixup on how long it takes old take to repair and it was done in only 2 days which normally would be great but we were on a boat in the ocean and had a rental car because we were told it would be 5-7 days for repair. Thankfully Tom took care of everything and we were very well taken care of. All the staff were exceptional and I would recommend your business to anyone! Thank you

It was a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to speak to. The facility was very comfortable, but we never had to wait long enough to completely utilize it ????. The text updates were pleasant and very helpful. Everything was completed on time and we appreciated the consideration to our convenience. The repair to our vehicle was excellent. You are overly focused on your client (AAA) and not the global picture (me as AAA's client). You immediately think that people are out to cheat the system. I was hit from behind on the highway at 45-50 mph causing me to take out baricades and delineators. When I called the claim in I clearly stated that I had not had a chance to go over the truck yet. The agent said not to worry, I could do that at the body shop. Not the case apparently and you didn't even repair the damage to the tailgate 2 inches from the bumper. I am sure your man was just doing his job taking care of the most important client in your business and I am certain was trained that way. He should get a high rating from AAA unfortunately I can't give him one as my truck was not repaired to the same condition prior to the accident. As he pointed to AAA, I will have to believe him. I am also a AAA client in addition to the person that hit me and I will be changing my insurance carrier on my home and auto moving forward. I am fortunate enough to have enough money and resources to have choices as a consumer.
