Everything was very good except for being updated on a regular basis about the status of the repairs.
I had to call Kniesel's after four days to find out that it was going to take another five to six days to complete the repairs. I feel that I should have been called and informed about the additional time needed to make the repairs. Thank you

The whole experience was great! I received updates from Dustin Sires every day my infiniti was in and I was treated very well by everyone at the establishment. My car looked perfect when I received it and the job was done sooner than I expected which was fantastic. Lastly, I just want to emphasize that Dustin Sires gave me excellent customer service and was a five star kinda guy. I am so impressed with the service from Kniesel's collision center! The customer service was beyond great and I felt like they truly cared about me and my car. So friendly and helpful. Stephanie Taxara and the lady at the front desk were wonderful and really made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. They were very informative and patient. They even went out of their way to pick up my grandpa so he could get my car while I was at work. I couldn't of asked for a better experience! Thank you so much! The only complaint I have is that the Geico person had told me that they would not charge my card but was keeping the card in case I don't return with the gas tank filled but that same day my card was charged for 50 dollars . When I called Geico they said it was because I used a debit card instead of a credit card but the representative didn't say that in the beginning.
