Everyone was amazing from start to finish. The girls at the front desk, the original representative who looked at my car, the updates from Stephen and the final rep who gave us our car back. All professional. All thoughtful. All helpful and informative. I will never use another shop from here on. Thank you for treating me like a customer should be treated. It's so rare these days.

Justin said he would be available to meet with me on the 23rd but when I came in he was unavailable. My car was there all day to fix the belt molding that was ripped when the tint was repaired on the windows. I was not called e-mailed or texted to be told that my car was ready on the 12th or the 23rd, I had to call and ask about it both days, my car was ready both times. When I dropped my car off yesterday the girl at the front desk was confused and I told her that when I had been in on the 12th that they wrote my name down in the book. I had to wait a while as she struggled to digure out what belt molding was and how long it would take, however she was nice enough. Tamera started out very compassionate and accommodating but became very defensive and irritable when I questioned the work that was done and did not call me back the last time I called her. Today I have a large area that was rubbed out in the leather of my head rest that was not there when I dropped it out yesterday so I am assuming that because your employees don't appreciate me questioning your work or complaining to my insurance company they decided to mess with my car. Hopefully they didn't mess with anything else otherwise you may have a lawsuit on your hands. There is no way I would ever bring my car back to this place and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Tamara was great to work with, she made my experience a great one. The only improvement I can suggest is to improve the rental car situation. It would've been nice to have one waiting instead of having to get driven to Hertz and them not aware I was coming. Also if your website says you open at 7 AM it's be nice if you answered the phone that early when a new customer like me calls. No one would pick up the phone until about 7:25.

I noticed a couple of dings in the paint when I got home and looked closely. I will be bringing it in tomorrow to have someone look at it.

Your crew was exceptional, from the office staff to the repair team. The work was done quickly and as quoted. I was kept informed by text throughout the process, and the car was finished earlier than estimated. I was also impressed that I was able to so easily obtain and return the rental vehicle. Being able to return it right at the repair shop was a big time saver. The quality of the repairs is excellent, and just to top it all off, the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. Thank you!
