Kniesel's had my car for two weeks. I got a phone call saying my car was ready, but it wasn't done. Rear defroster cable was not connected to the windshield. Other than that my car looks great.

The follow-up and customer service were beyond our expectations!!!! Excellent! Thank you! Had 2 cars in there in the last 60 days. One was a paint warranty on your part the other my son hit a coyote on the way back from Sac Airport! All is well!:-)

The car has overspray near the repaired area. The car was also very dirty. I don't know if your policy is to wash the car before giving it back, but it sems like any other time I've had repair work done to a car, it's washed before its returned.

Repair done to my car rear bumper was good as new. The car was returned to me in a very excellent condition. Car was cleaned inside out. Excellent job by the whole staff of Kniesels collision repair. They always give me an update on the status of the repair on my car. Im a very satisfied customer!

You should have offered to replace the passenger side headlight. For an added charge of course. This old one looks terrible compared to the nice new one you replaced. :) Thanks for the great job!

Detail, detail!! Fuel door contacting hinge and chipped the paint. I was so impressed with the job until I noticed that. :-( I hope that when the fuel door problem is fixed that the paint matches as well as it does now.
