I was very surprised that the work was done in only 2 days. Also, the paint is 20 years old and has flecks in it. It was matched perfectly. The crew did a great job.

While there were some issues with a lack of communication throughout the process, when all was said and done, it was resolved. I also have a couple of questions regarding the work that was done, but I hope to call over the next couple of days, and fully expect these questions to be answered to my satisfaction. We have used Kniesel's a number of times in the past, and would continue to do so in the future, if the need arises.

The customer service from Mike set Kniesel's apart from others. In fact, I had the same repair done about six months ago by Kniesel's. the work was fine, but nothing extraordinary. Mikes cust service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Kniesel's.

****. I was told my car would be completed on Monday 29, later then originally thought. Not a problem at all because I made the appropriate adjustments. It was done on Fraday afternoon. While under promising and over delivering is great. I filled the tank and lost around 30 I would have prefered knowing you were striving for sooner rather then later and then I would have adjusted what I put in the tank. 2. When I brought my car in I showed the person 3 areas where there were slight dents. He said he would have someone take a look and let me know how much it would be. And if they could match it with paint they could do that. I never got a call and when I picked up the car it was clearly not even looked at. At least I never got a call. 3. I picked up the car on Saturday and it didn't start. I was assured that it just needed to charge and it wouldn't be a problem. That turned out to be correct but with items **** and 2 I left feeling unhappy. It was fine to get the emails and text messages during the process but really the end product is what makes the difference. Gayle L
