Quickness at which the repair was completed. I do wish that the person would have offered some additional items that could have been fixed that were not covered by insurance. For instance one headlight looks new and the other looks worn. How much was it to replace the other headlight? In addition the rear bumper was cracked not from accident. How much was that to fix? Cosmetically this could be additional features I might of wanted fixed now and paid out of pocket. Overall I was satisfied just left wondering.

Loved that you rushed my repair because I was paying for my car rental myself. The car was completed and delivered to me a full week ahead of schedule. The nicest touch was the replacement of my Chicago Cubs license plate frame! Thank you for your attention to detail and customer service. Top Notch!

Chris kept in touch with me from the moment my car arrived at the repair shop to when it was ready to come home! I really appreciate the text updates I received throughout the progress. Keep up the good work. Just a piece of advise, though, don't rely on the email notification as not everyone is checking thier email every minute. Calling the client and leaving a voicemail if unable to speak with them always work then email them that you left a voicemail etc. Other than that I am really satisfied with the outcome of the repair and the entire process.

First off I have to say the actual work was excellent. My complaint is the fact that it took approximately eight weeks to get my car in for service from the time of my original estimate. My other complaint is when I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle and was placed on hold for over ten minutes. When I came to get the vehicle I had to wait almost 30 minutes for it to be prepared even though I received a text saying it was ready.
