Overall, the experience was very smooth and pleasant. However, when I came to pick up my car, all repairs were not completed, even though I was told it was ready to go. The mistake was corrected in a few minutes.

I need to return and have 2 spots buffed out. There is something in the paint and a small indent/hole in another part of the bumper. When I picked up the car the bumper wasn't clean. Their was yellow marker on the reflector and some sort of residue/dust all over the bumper. Jared offered to correct the problem immediately however I didn't have time to wait because of another appointment.

I will be happy to talk to someone. I have several problems that I will be happy to discussed. I used Hendrick because I had used them before and had a wonderful outcome, this time I'm very disappointed.

They have called me 3 times now saying that my truck will be ready and it has not. So this is the worst experience ever. I am a ttuck driver and a have reschedule my week three times that means lost of a lot of money. Just because of your lies.

Rear end collision caused front windshield to crack. Can confirm by checking for frame tortion. Didn't get repaired, not their fault, GEICOs probably. The work they did was excellent, matched 12 year old paint with new paint perfectly. Was very impressed. Very friendly staff. 10/10 would wreck car again.
