Thanks to everybody that did work on my vehicle and customer service also ????

The car was dusty inside , I know you were busy , but it would have taken a minute or two to just wipe the console & the air vents , other than that I'm good But something so simple would had made it awesome Thank you .

The service was horrible, my car was not repaired correctly, and I had to take it to another shop to be repaired. When I tried to explain to the service person Scott, he advised me in front of my sister that they do not repair mechanical damages. I was assured by Andrew when I spoke with him regarding the repairs of my car that they would check and repair everything affiliated with the accident. To no avail was this done. My car was not returned to me in the time stated, nor did they have the courtesy to contact me to advise me that it would take more time. When I called to inquire, I spoke with Scott and he advised me that he was the one working with the repairs of my car and Andrew and Paul did NOT know what they were talking about when they told me my car would be ready on a specific date and time. There is too much to write in this small space, but my suggestion to you is do NOT take your car to Terry Labonte for ANY auto repairs. Had I not taken my car elsewhere, I could possibly be dead due to the negligence of Scott and his crew not fixing the major parts of my car. Truth be told, they need to terminate Scott!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was happy that it was done on time and that I got continued updates on the progress of getting my vehicle done. Everybody was very nice and informative.

Jeff was the best. Very friendly and caring. Hopefully soon I can trade my car in for something better. I want to stay in the Chevrolet family. Let your staff know....that they are best and keep up the good work.

Thanks! For taking care of my car and having her shined up and looking perfect again. I was so happy at the timely repair, and the friendly staff. I'm just sad that I had to pay so much out of pocket based because of not making wiser choices.

The door was not flush and had to be rehung...Had to leave it there when I was hoping to pick it up. The manager was very nice and is was corrected quickly, though.

To long on repairs was not ready when they said it was none of my windows work a part was stolen of my car now replaced but as of now half of my electrical don't work I am not pleased car was in shop for 42 days I will take to benz dealer to get electrical fixed
