My battery was dead when I got my car back. There was a brand new battery in it when they got it. There was also still evidence of where I had been rear ended (scratches). I will NEVER recommend this collision repair to anyone. I'm not sure I would even purchase a car from this dealership if this is the kind of shotty customer service I can expect. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANYONE CALL ME BECAUSE IT WILL NOT BE A PLEASANT CONVERSATION. I will be posting pictures and reviewing on multiple social media outlets and review sites because people should know about how to avoid this type of stress...especially after they have been rear ended and have children and a job to be concerned about! Thank you.

The GEICO Rep was unresponsive. And when I got to dealership, car was not ready. Bad customer service from Labonte and GEICO.

The service was great and really fast, the only problem I have is I find a scratch on the hood of my car that was not there before and I find it after I pick up my car.

They did a shoddy job on the repainting after the repair twice before finally getting it right the third time. Mr. Huffman is a total ****. Very rude toward me. Not sure if it was because i am female or if it was because i refused to accept a less than perfect repair. I always had good things to say about Terry Labonte Chevrolet but this whole ordeal, especially his attitude, left a bad taste in my mouth. He single handedly undermined my desire to do business with this establishment ever again. When i came in to pick up the car yesterday, at one point he was told, as he was standing right beside me, that "Mrs. Iverson is here to get her car." He didn't even acknowledge that i was there. Didnt speak. Didn't apologize for the delay on getting the repair right... Nothing. On the other hand, the lady at the desk is a jewel!
