I was initially hesitant to allow you all to repair my vehicle. Ultimately, I decided to allow you all to repair my damages. I was pleased to see "Midnight"(the name I've given my vehicle) fixed and looking like herself again. Sadly that joy was brought to a very abrupt end. My vehicle began to make noises that I did NOT previously hear before I dropped her off on the 8th of August. In addition to that I now have a indicator telling me I have a engine malfunction, yet another issue that was not present a week ago. I'm not certain what went wrong, but it definitely turned my very joyous occasion into a very disappointing situation.

Great customer service and amazing bodywork on my car. That plus the complimentary cleaning made my car look better than when I bought it. I could use my rims as a mirror!

My adjusters were very friendly and helpful. They had my car for about 6 days and I received it and I'm still having problems with my vehicle. I tried to take my vehicle back and the associate Paul was not helpful at all he did not seem to be interested in solving my problem. He said for me to drop my car off but he did not know when it would be fixed I expressed to Paul that I needed a rental vehicle and he said he didn't have any. The repair shop also only wanted to fix one side of my vehicle and both sides were damaged in the accident. I will not be coming back to Terry Labonte and I will not be referring anyone to this collision center thank you.
