Leann at the desk provided efficient customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Jeff Lowman not only performed an on-the-spot visual inspection of my vehicle (without an appointment), within minutes he gave me the total estimate that he was submitting to insurance. Best of all, the time it took to get my van back was less than half of what he originally quoted! An absolutely pleasant and positive experience. Jeff deserves a bonus for his exceptional customer service!

The paint was horrible and there is a section on the bumper that was either not buffed or did not have clear coat put on it

The actual cost was almost double what the estimate was. I felt like I should have been notified about additional repairs than needed to be made but wasn't. Yes, my insurance covered it but I still should have been notified. Other than that, the staff was very courteous and give the people I spoke with 5 stars.

My car has a rough spot where it was painted. Paint runs. Nobody took me out to my car to show me what had been fixed or to see if I was happy with the job. The inside of my car was covered in a white film. There is primer or paint on my new tire and something white on the black part behind the front tire. I have a brand new car with less than 1700 miles so I was expecting to see it well taken care of. I'm not one to complain but I wasn't pleased to say the least.

I was disappointed that they charged $25.00 for interior cleaning and did absolutely nothing. In the end I find this nickle and dime mentality to be disturbing and simply a method to extort the insurance proceeds.

The front end of my car has several alignment issues. There was tape left on the hood, and the grill is a different color. I am aware that OEM equipment may not have been used but I would hope the work would be to a standard of where I would not be able to tell the car was in a wreck that was not major.

I feel that the repairs took entirely too long and I had to jump through hoops to get in contact with someone about my car! I am very satisfied with the repairs, but the service overall was less than poor!

Quick service, car looks great, thanks. Your texting updates are off though, ten minutes after I picked up my car I received a text saying my car was 68% complete, and would be ready the next evening.
