Pinstripping isn't same size but most frustrating part is that the Saturn emblem on rear driver side looks like a child's spin top toy rather than the planet Saturn. Also the emblem looks as if it were painted with a paint brush. The quality of the work just doesn't look like that of someone who took their time. David & Carolyn ****

This was my first time experiencing anything like this. I was so hurt that the accident had even happen to begin with but the crew at Terry Labonte Collision welcomed me with open arms from the time I walked into the door. They were courteous, informative and efficient. They really helped to ease the pain I was feeling. The only downside was when I went to pick my car up, no one walked outside with me to do a final inspection and to go over the do's and dont's. I was able to witness that take place with another customer and I didn't receive that. Other than that I was pleased with the service.

The repairs took longer than expected due to a staff member being off task. The original completion date was exceeded by a number of days. I had medical care planned and could not pick up my car when it was ready as a result of the extended time it took to complete the vehicle. Although an inconvenience, the collision center staff was very helpful, understanding, and accommodations were made! The time for the rental was extended and my vehicle was in fact ready when I picked it up weeks later. There were a few scratches on the vehicle that weren't there prior to dropping off the vehicle originally, this was also concerning.

I had received a text Thursday that everything was on schedule and if there was any delays they would call me. Did not receive a call arrived at 6:00 pm to find out that the part had just come in that morning, and had to be painted,would be ready today. If they had called or text me again later in the day that they were running behind I would not have come yesterday. I understand things happen, I would have liked to have gotton that call or text, to save me a trip out there.
