****. Keep your word. I was told the rental fee & bumper would be taken care of but that was a lie. 2. Give timely updates. Repeatedly, I had to call to find out the status of the repair. 3. When I made my appointment, I as told the rental would be set up & ready when I dropped the auto off. After dropping my car off, I had to set up the rental & wait over an hour (with 3 kids) for the rental car.

Satisfied with repair, however, it took over five weeks to get my car back and the reason was a very poor coordination effort between BMW Dealer and Hendrick's Repair Shop. I did everything in my power to get all parties together, including Insurance adjuster, prior to commencing repair, and ensuring problems were specified in writing, and still the repair was done piecemeal and had to continuously be going back and forth between dealer and repair. Repairs handled by Dealership used to be smooth and customers were 100% worry free. Now, one must be hyper vigilant to ensure every is done. Technical repair expertise was good.
