The receptionist was rude and having a personal conversation instead of assisting the customers... The enterprise rental car was dirty and I was told it was being cleaned that is why I waited for 2 hours. I can as the person that repaired my car did a good job however when I left my car it was on half a tank when I picked it up my car was empty .

I left an ax tensile voice mail with my rep. Car is not repaired properly; head lamp, fog lamp, hood not seated properly and there are a few thick paint runs on hood.

Everyone was attentive to my needs. As soon as I walked through the doors, they welcome me and remembered my name one week later. I was impressed. Jade's customer service skills rating is 10. The collision shop sent me daily updates even after I got my car back. Awesome experience!
