I'm sure my Grand Caravan, The Thingamajigger, felt like she was in a luxurious spa with Mr. Gibbs and Mr. Simmons, as she emerged looking better than new! I was kept thoroughly informed with daily text updates about her progress. The original 4 day schedule I was given by Jade was precisely met. When I arrived Friday morning, since I was unable to meet the schedule for pick-up on Thursday, I was greeted immediately with a smile and a fresh hot cookie, followed by efficiency. Team Hendrick Collision is unparalleled; not that I want to have another accident just to see them again, but USAA chose an excellent partner!

I was told the Tacoma would be done Saturday and I didn't receive the tailgate until Wednesday. It took roughly 45 mins to install a tailgate which should be done in 5 mins tops.

I received automated text stating MY car was being repaired and then on the day my car is moved to finished per text from Rick Hendrick I get an email stating my car is a total loss from Geico.
