Larry from the Rick Hendrick Collision Centee was awesome! He did an excellent job keeping me in the loop and communicating with me as often as possible. His friendliness and polite/positive attitude was one of the best customer services I've ever experienced at any Rick Hendrick centers.

Well organized. I liked the Centers' link to the insurance company (USAA) which made things easy to collect and pay. Also nice having Enterprise next door. Thanks to Larry for a good job on repairing the rear bumper for our BMW X3.

I'm completely satisfy with my car repair. But there were stains left on my steering wheel and seat. I took a Clorox swipe and cleaned it off. I recommend someone inspecting the interior before the vehicle is given back to the customer.

Why would you send me a survey? It took you 37 days to complete a ten day repair job. You never ever communicated with me or ins company. Only way I found out vehicle wasn't ready was lack of text. This was the single worst experience I've ever had

Difficult to believe it takes a week to replace a bumper. Having pick up changed 3x is not acceptable .

Excellent service throughout. I greatly appreciated Mike abrams' professionalism, the text message updates, and the gracious check out. Just want to congratulate Mike on hitting the cost estimate on the nose. The adjuster was 600 under but Mike was almost to the dollar in his careful first estimate. Bravo!

The color of the repaired front bumper appears to be cloudy. I brought it to the attention of mr. Larry Waring and he agreed with my assessment. Mr. Waring suggested I bring it back mid week for a reassessment after the paint has suitable time to fully cure.

Damage was done to my vehicle while they were repairing other damage. They stepped up and repaired what appeared to be worse than the original damage repaired. Not sure why this was not noticed prior to me coming to pick up vehicle. Bad experience.

This is 2nd car worked at Hendrick Chevy. Each time great service. This time Adam was even better. Email updates and each time I had a question or concern, Adam got right back to me. My daughter picked up the car, I haven't checked it myself. But service itself, constant updates I consider very valuable. Thanks for great service
