The trunk open light goes on even though the trunk is shut. It is a random event and happens only some of the time. I've shut it by hand and with the button. I can't find a pattern. The car also has a new chip and scratch (both small) near the rear window on the driver's side.

I was told this morning someone would call me **** hour prior to the car being complete so I could plan to be there and this did not happen. Also, instead of having a rental car it would have been nice to try out a car I may be interested in leasing or buying in the future. Also when I arrived to drop off my car no one even knew who I was or why I was there even though I had made an appointment the prior week. When my husband called for an update it took 10 minutes for someone to even find our car, our account or what was going on with it.....

I cannot believe my car was given back to me in such poor condition...I am bringing it back in the morning in hopes that I will be treated properly

Your email update system is terrific. However, I didn't get a final email telling me the car was ready for pickup. Apparently a voice mail was left for me, but I left the house expecting to pick up an email on my cell phone. Other than that, the only other negative was the lengthy wait for intake and checkout. The staff members were great, but they were overwhelmed volume-wise, and waits were long. The staff members were friendly, courteous and professional. The work done was wonderful. Car looks better than ever.
