I spoke with him yesterday. There are strange holes in the paint and a dent. The car looks terrible. Also, there were a couple of scratches on the back (unrelated to the wreck) that I asked to be touched up and then reminded in a text (and was told both times it would be done) and it was ignored.

Left side door has small paint blemish from dirt or debris under paint. Non -OEM replacement parts were used, all OEM parts should have been used.

I,ve already mentioned that the replacement bumper was not reassembled visually level as expected. Also, related enterprise car rental is a rip-off. Paint was nice. Other work too slow and not on the level. Overall... disappointing.

Larry was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I understand the process the insurance companies take in getting a car fixed...they fix one part at a time until the problem is completed. (annoying, but NOT the dealerships fault. Just the insurance companies saving every penny they can) Larry gave me feed back either daily or every other day on my cars status. Extremely satisfied in the service team at Hendrick collision (Chevy), my car is up and running & driving great again. Keep up the good work!!
